Being a writer myself, I know the importance of stepping away from your work and handing it off for proper feedback. Edits don’t have to be daunting, especially when working with someone who understands your vision and the story only you can tell.

A little about me:

• I’ve been a community lead with an online writing community where I focused on YA, fantasy, and romance. I’ve hosted numerous peer-edit workshops, as well as ones with agents and other publishing professionals. Thoughtful, actionable, constructive feedback is the focus of these sessions.

• I’ve edited numerous in-progress books, which is where my love of developmental editing began. Communication and understanding are key, and collaborating with authors on how to strengthen their stories is where I excel.

• I write romantic fiction and fantasy.

• I love spending time with my family, eating copious amounts of dark chocolate, and getting lost in the world of a great book.

• Guilty pleasures: Hallmark movies (don’t judge me) and Formula 1 (Team Red Bull)

• I specialize in fantasy and romance, but I work with other general fiction genres as well.

• I’m open to Adult and YA.

• Genres I do not accept: erotica/high spice, horror, non-fiction, or picture books
